Join us for this one-of-a-kind live musical performance and meditation experience led by award-winning composer and pianist Ravé Mehta. Ravé will take you on a musical journey by playing the piano for one hour as a continuous improvisational piece that will slow time down and help you let go so you can tap into your flow and drop into a blissful healing state. Meditation experience is not required, just dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or something you can lay on, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed (pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc.).
